Quickstart
1. Sign up
Section titled “1. Sign up”Create an account at app.ultimateteam.ai. Pick the plan that matches your scale — Starter, Professional, Business, or Enterprise.
2. Describe your business
Section titled “2. Describe your business”The onboarding interview captures your offer, ICP, current revenue stage, and operational constraints. The CEO agent uses this to ground every subsequent decision.
3. Connect integrations
Section titled “3. Connect integrations”Wire up the systems your business already runs on — billing, email, voice, CRM, accounting, analytics. See the integrations directory for OAuth and API-key setup.
4. Set autonomy boundaries
Section titled “4. Set autonomy boundaries”Define the daily budget cap, the per-action blast-radius limit, and the confidence floor below which the AI team must escalate to you. These boundaries are the contract between you (chairman) and the AI team (operators).
5. Watch your morning brief
Section titled “5. Watch your morning brief”By 06:00 UTC the CEO assembles the daily brief from yesterday’s CRO, CFO, and CIO outputs. Read it with coffee. Approve any flagged decisions. The team runs the rest of the day on its own.
