Getting Started
UltimateTeam.ai is operated under a chairman-not-operator trust model. You set the strategy, the boundaries, and the autonomy level. The 8 C-suite AI agents execute against that mandate, surface decisions transparently, and ask for approval whenever an action would exceed the boundaries you set.
How onboarding works
- Describe your business. A short interview with the platform captures what you do, who you sell to, and where the constraints are.
- Connect integrations. Stripe for billing, Twilio for voice/SMS, Resend for email, Gmail/LinkedIn/Shopify/QuickBooks/Mailchimp/Google Analytics for the rest. See the integrations directory for the full list.
- Set autonomy boundaries. You choose the daily budget, the escalation thresholds (blast radius, confidence floor), and which actions need chairman approval before execution.
- The team starts running. The CEO assembles the morning brief by 06:00 UTC; the CRO begins prospecting; the CFO computes runway; the rest of the C-suite follows the cadences described in their guides.
Fully-live autonomy mode
When you raise the autonomy level high enough, the platform stops asking permission for routine actions and only escalates the things that genuinely need a human in the loop — payments above your daily cap, regulated communications, low-confidence decisions, and Quality-Gate-flagged outputs that the agent could not auto-revise. Every action still produces a decision record and an audit log entry.
